THE GREEK FARMER Salami Selection 80g


An 80g mixed selection pack of best-selling large format house and zaatar salamis. 40g of each salami, plenty to add alongside some cheese, crackers and chutneys on a cheeseboard, sharing grazing platter or in your picnic hamper.
Made using red wine from the Troodos mountains of Cyprus and spiced in authentic Greek spice blends.
Slowly fermented for 2-3 days after being oak smoked for 8 hours. Left to hang in Greek Farmer’s state-of-the-art ageing room for between 3-4 months.
There’s no refrigeration required.
