A selection of best selling cured meats in a handy mixed charcuterie platter pack. The pack contains 60g of award-winning cured meats including: 20g air dried beef, 20g air dried ham and 20g aged picnic ham.
Soaked in a unique red wine bath for one week which adds a wonderful flavour profile. Spiced in authentic Greek spice blends before being oak smoked for 8 hours. Thereafter they are left to mature in the ageing room for 3-4 months.
No refrigeration required.
