The East Riding Country Pork Sausage Experience
Daytime & Evening Events


East Riding Country Pork invite groups of people (minimum 12, maximum 25) to visit their working pork processing factory and farm shop on an evening for their " Pork Sausage Experience ", which lasts approximately two hours.

The group will be greeted by a member of the East Riding Country Pork team and after removing their jackets and jewellery etc they are asked to put on a white coat, special plastic shoes, a hair-net and wash their hands.

A guided tour of the factory and farm shop will then be undertaken incorporating the intriguing story of how East Riding Country Pork evolved and the numerous subjects will be covered explaining our traditional methods and product range that makes East Riding Country Pork so unique.
The Pork Sausage Experience

A demonstration of hand linking the Pork Sausage will be given and then everyone is given the opportunity of exercising their skill at making and linking the sausages ! - all of which they can later take home - (Approx 3lbs) .

After cleaning down, there follows a cup of tea or coffee and biscuits and the chance for everyone to discuss how well they did at linking their sausages ! Please Note : We can also supply a delicious buffet if you should prefer at an extra cost of £5 per person.


The cost of the " Pork Sausage Experience " is £5.00 per person as at January 2007
