All our sausages are hand linked in the traditional way and made using speciality ingredients to create regional favourites. We have over 15 varieties of sausage all are made using prime pork shoulder meat, and have a minimum meat content of 85%. All of our sausages are low in fat and high in protein perfect for those watching their waist lines!

Whether your planning to make a casserole or toad in the hole, bangers and mash or full cooked breakfast our sausages are the perfect addition to any meal.  They do not need piercing or frying for best results oven bake or grill, you have tried the rest now try the best!
